Hello, I’m Dr. Brendan Nierenberg.
I am glad we have crossed paths!
Thank you for stopping by to visit my page. I understand professionally and personally the time and care it takes to find a therapist that can truly meet you where you are and form a real working relationship that can bring out positive change.
Maybe you are here because you have been struggling for so long to resolve a past that has caused so many struggles, maybe it’s time to address those growing concerns in your relationship, or maybe you just have this cloud over you that you just can’t seem to shake off.
No matter the reason you have found your way here, I can assure you that I am here to help. It is my hope that wherever this path leads for you, I hope it is one that brings growth and clarity so that you can become the best and authentic version that you have always wanted.
Brendan Nierenberg, LMFT#

This is what you will find in my practice.
In our session, we will explore all the aspects of you. You are truly the master and commander of you, and we will work together to make sure you are functioning as the best version of yourself. To do this, we will need to explore, examine, and intervene where there is interpersonal conflict. Sometimes we will need to restructure or redirect behavior or change communication style to help facilitate that change that we have been looking for, for quite a while now.
We will make sure you are meeting the realistic goals you set for yourself and explore all possible solutions during our sessions
My specialties are Anxiety, Depression, Relationships&Family, Trauma, Substance abuse, Eating Disorders and Brain Injury.
As far as my treatments modules are, in my practice I use mainly Person Center Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Existencial Therapy.
